Biography
Saran is a Thai-Korean cellist experienced in performing with leading orchestras such as the Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra, Sun Symphony Orchestra, and the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra. Saran has performed in some of the world’s most prestigious concert halls, including Carnegie Hall (New York), Musikverein (Vienna), and the Esplanade Concert Hall (Singapore), and has appeared at international music festivals across Europe and Asia. A 1st Prize winner at the Summa Cum Laude Music Festival (Vienna), he has also served as Principal Cellist of the Siam Sinfonietta and the FIJO Alicante International Orchestra Festival.
Trained at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music on a full scholarship under Mr. Ng Pei Sian, Prof. Qin Li Wei, and Ms. Yu Jing. Saran has participated in masterclasses with Jan Vogler and has been active in chamber, baroque, opera, and theatre performances.
Saran’s lessons are tailored to each student’s needs — focusing on strong fundamentals, expressive playing, and musical confidence. Suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced players preparing for exams, auditions.
